What Is Online Blackjack at hpm99?
A classic card game that is easy to learn but takes skill to master.
Blackjack is a card table game with roots in western casino tradition, but it has long been popular among Malaysian players. The main objective is straightforward: get a card value closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. If you exceed 21, it is called a "bust" and you lose that round.
On the hpm99 platform, online blackjack is available in live dealer format, meaning you play with a real dealer streamed live. This gives a more authentic experience compared to variants that rely solely on a random number generator.
hpm99 operates under an international licence, giving Malaysian players confidence that every round is conducted fairly and transparently. A robust security system ensures your personal data and financial information are always protected.

Basic Blackjack Strategy
Mathematically supported techniques to help you make better decisions at the table.
Basic Strategy Chart
A basic strategy chart is a decision guide calculated using mathematical probability. It shows the best action (hit, stand, double, split) for every combination of the player's cards against the dealer's exposed card.
There is no need to memorise the entire chart — focus on common situations first: when to stand, when to hit, and when doubling down is most advantageous based on the table rules at hpm99.
Never Split 20
Two 10-value cards give you a value of 20, which is nearly perfect. Stand regardless of what the dealer shows. The chance of improving this hand with one more card is very low.
Double Down on 11
When your card total is 11, this is the best opportunity to double your bet. The chance of getting a 10-value card next is high, bringing you to 21.
Split a Pair of Aces and 8s
Two Aces as a single hand are worth 12, which is limited. Split them and each Ace can form the base of a strong new hand. A pair of 8s is worth 16 — the weakest hand — split them for a better chance.
